This will be the first time the Keystone Portuguese Water Dog Club has held a Supported Entry at the Hatboro Dog Club Show. The show location was recently changed from the club’s “home base” in Wrightstown, PA to Macungie PA, where you will find a “small town” atmosphere and plenty of open space to walk around.  Macungie is a Lenape Indian phrase signifying “The feeding place of the Bears” or, as it was translated by the early Pennsylvania German immigrants, “Baere Schwamm” (fertile meadow of the bears). Oh, but don’t worry, you should be safe from the “local bears” while attending the show!

PWDs will be shown in Ring 9 starting at 10:00 am for Sweepstakes followed by the Regular Classes at 10:30.  We expect to be done showing by 12:00 pm.

The KPWDC will be holding it’s Annual Membership Meeting at this show.  We will be voting on the slate of candidates for our Board during the meeting. Bring your family and friends.  Spend the day with us.  If you'd like, you can order a Salad or Sandwich boxed lunch (provided by Panera Bread) when you register on line. All boxed lunch orders will be delivered to the show site.   The Club will be providing bottled water.  If you would like something other than bottled water you will have to bring it with you.

You can view the full Panera Bread Boxed Lunch Menu at the following link:

We plan on a holding a raffle too!  We are looking for donations for the raffle.

SO, COME ONE, COME ALL!  COME SPEND SOME FUN TIME WITH US AND CHEER ON OUR WONDERFUL BREED AS THEY “SHOW THEIR STUFF!"
